Al Mohsen Group, trades its roots back to the years 1940s when the late Skeikh Saleh Abdullah Al Mohsen (mercy to his soul) established the first dealership for cars spare parts and for oils and lubricants.
In 1965, Sheikh Saleh, president of the Basra Chamber of Commerce, acquired the dealership for the U.S. Bedford vehicles in Iraq. He later on acquired the dealership of the, Pennsylvania based, Jaguar car oils and lubricants.
Shiekh Saleh’s trade agency offered a large variety of merchandise and became the main destination for shoopers and retailers. The public proverb became: “ask for it and you will find at Skeikh Saleh’s Agency”
In 1982, his son Skeikh Abdulkareem al Mohsen a graduate of the American University of Beirut with a [degree] joined the business of his father and established an international trading agency under the name Abdulkarim Al Mohsen Company for Imports and Exports. The company had acquired clients in [countries] and build a strong list of supplies from [countries]
In 2010 Anwar Al Saleh General Trading Co. Ltd. Joined the group. Embracing hard work, efficiency, and excellence, Anwar Al Saleh became a pioneer in the area of project development for the public and private sector in Iraq.
